Whew! After a crazy busy Christmas season I took a couple of weeks off to spend with my family. It was just what I needed! I am so thankful for all the blessings that 2009 brought. It is a new year now and I am looking forward to a new beginning. Talking about new beginnings to kick off the blog in 2010 I wanted to share my first session of the year. I have been photographing this family for three or four years? I forget! Anyway – their mom is a very close friend of ours. I mean close – close – as in she was at the birth of our daughter and helped us throughout the whole pregnancy. Monica is just a blessing to our family and we just love her and well… her kids are some of my favorite kids in the whole world. I love love all the hugs, kisses and stories I get when I get to photograph them. Aren’t they just the most gorgeous children? Can’t believe how fast they are growing up!

OH they are absolutely beautiful children!! I’d love to photograph them to if I were you or their Mom. These are great and look so good together. I would want to print them and put side by side in my home to make a “wall gallery” of some kind. I hope she, at least, printed them for her home!
